Responsibility
- we are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Transport Compliance Administrator to join our team at Brookdale Transport
- develop and update transport compliance policies and procedures in accordance with relevant regulations
- as a Transport Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with transportation laws, regulations, and industry standards
- conduct regular audits to assess compliance with transportation laws and industry standards
- your primary role will involve overseeing and maintaining our company's transport compliance programs
- monitor and review internal transport processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to compliance requirements
- maintain accurate records and documentation of transport compliance activities, including permits, licenses, and inspections
- coordinate with internal teams to provide training and guidance on transport compliance matters
Requirements
- previous experience in transport compliance administration or a similar role is highly desirable
- strong knowledge of transportation laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- proficiency in using office software and tools, including MS Office Suite
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
