  • to assist with the management of projects
  • preparing tender and contract documents
  • prepare job packs for operational staff on site including RAMS, specifications and targets
  • build and maintain a strong working relationship with the client business
  • ensure submission of payment applications
  • work with other staff across the business to help keep the project on time and to cost
  • feed appropriate information into the Senior Quantity Surveyor and the client as appropriate, as well as support the business in the negotiation of potential and live variations to contract and values
