new Start Admin – issuing offer letters etc, collating responses, updating the payroll system
manage general HR queries from staff
admin relating to appraisals / pay reviews etc
own the full 360 recruitment process, employee life cycle and retention adhering to company policies and procedures and improving on existing processes
ensuring GDPR compliance
liaising with external IT support company with regards to new start IT / ordering any kit we need; mobiles, monitors, docks etc
helping keep policies and handbooks up to date with support from external HR
completing new start inductions – carrying out inductions - day 1 to talk through policies and procedures, who does what, introductions, walkround, brief sharepoint overview, take copy of passport etc
Requirements
significant generalist HR and Payroll experience
be analytical and have excellent organisational skills
good attention to detail
good communication skills
confident and approachable
ability to work as part of a hardworking and dynamic team
human resources: 4 years
enjoy working in a dynamic environment that combines renewable energy development with fast moving construction projects
