Responsibility

  • provide technical support for hardware, software, and operating systems
  • install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • troubleshoot issues with computer systems, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • maintain inventory of hardware and software assets
  • monitor and maintain firewall security
  • collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues
  • manage service requests in ServiceNow and Jira

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, Linux operating systems
  • experience with ServiceNow and Jira ticketing systems
  • knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals
  • familiarity with firewall security
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • strong communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or desktop support role
