Responsibility
- operation of all plant and equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- follow the maintenance routine of all plant ensuring it is kept in accordance with the site and manufacturers standards
- ensure your PPE is kept clean and in good condition, stored safely and used accordingly with site rules
- contractors working on site must complete an induction and an Authorisation to Work
- ensure that the factory has adequate utilities, steam and air required to undertake full production and processing of oil throughout the site
- ensure all new or maintenance of, plant installations adhere to the site rules and regulation when using any site equipment
- ensure all risks are assessed before commencing work and where applicable Permits to Work are issued. No one should undertake any non-routine tasks unless a full risk assessment has been undertaken
- take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by your acts or omissions at work
