  • vendor Management
  • represent Brock as needed in stakeholder meetings, or during critical incident management calls
  • communicates product updates and promotes users in attending Brock Usergroups and Summits
  • coordinates new functionality requests from customers with product management team
  • be the Voice of the end users / customers and represent their needs within Brock
  • be point of escalation for Brock airline customers on-site for SLA failures
  • first point of contact for Handler/Airline requests
  • fault escalation support - on the day liaison between customers and Brock teams

Requirements

  • airport wide Baggage/Ramp Operations at major airport , preferably London Heathrow
  • experience of Airline/Airport BRS and Recovery/Reflight processing including World Tracer
  • strong Stakeholder Management skills across multiple organizations
  • third party vendor management
  • must be able to obtain all site security clearances without limitations
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience of presenting to executive or senior level
  • the ability to travel internationally as travel opportunism may arise
