  • oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
  • create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • train and supervise bartenders and other bar staff
  • develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • collaborate with the Club Chef and to coordinate food and beverage service for events
  • monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
