Responsibility
- to assist with and maintain a 24-hour duty rota to fully cover the working week
- to provide/arrange induction training for new staff and registration for relevant formal training / development
- to take part in the sleep-in rota and to be on-call at various times
- to provide/arrange for regular, formal supervision and appraisal for staff members attached to your landing – In times of absence you may be required to supervise others
- health and Safety in liaison with the Bursar and the Registered Provider
- fire drills and practices
- on occasions, the Section Manager may / will be required to deputise for Managers at other Homes within the Group
- the physical standards of the buildings and grounds, in liaison with the Bursar and the Registered Provider
