we cover the whole of the Greater London Area and we are currently looking to expand our internal maintenance team to assist with our projected portfolio growth over the next six months
the person we are looking for is a very experienced handymand who can has a multitude of skills varying from painting and decorating to electrics and plumbing

working together with the operatives with supervision to schedule effective day for internal operatives
effective handling and evaluation of maintenance requests
manage the entire repairs journey and ensure operative comply with the SLA's

ensure internal operatives complete daily task and update the system with relevant information daily
ensure repair works are completed with commercial aspect
liaise repair with property management and provide them with service updates
source and procure parts for repair
devise maintenance plans and proactively ensure repairs are completed
handle quotations, raise PO's and process invoices from contractors
determine defects under liability period and allocate appropriately
deliver weekly reports and work within tight deadlines as requested
