proven experience in communications, ideally within a National Governing Body of Sport, but other roles with related experience will be considered
strong experience in both internal and external communications, social/digital marketing, and member engagement
demonstrated ability to think both strategically and commercially, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
deep understanding of social media strategy and leveraging digital platforms as part of a broader PR approach
proven track record of managing and executing large projects from inception to completion
ability to build and lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
experienced in managing internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring effective relationships and alignment
