- first Degree- Level 6 BA/BSc in Business or relevant subject area
- level 2 English and numeracy
Responsibility
- adapting to the needs of the students will be necessary
- appropriate planning and preparation of the lessons using the available resources
- making sure all the students are placed in correct levels
- recruiting ELT teachers to cover the hours of teaching following BSMI’s recruitment policies
- you will be responsible for the delivery of a range of ELT courses as well as setting syllabus for the needs of the learners
- to monitor the learners’ progression by tracking attendance, punctuality, withdrawals, retention and achievement to maximize student outcomes
- you will be liaising closely with the accredited bodies and the Managing Director to make sure you are making the right progress with managing the courses
- identify areas subjected to further development
