Responsibility

  • starting salary is £38,000 pro-rata per annum and a company pension scheme
  • role specification
  • the business manager will manage and develop the day-to-day business activities of the Charity which include the courses and events it delivers
  • ensure our courses are resourced both through faculty and with the relevant materials to successfully deliver them
  • the succesful candidate is likely to have a healthcare background with experience of delivery and/or management of courses, we are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual
  • provide day to day leadership to the educational delivery in the charity
  • ideally, but not essentially, someone with insight/experience of pre-hospital emergency care but who has been responsible for delivering short courses and having experience of business oversight
  • exceptional candidates not fitting the described profile will be considered and should bring similar qualities of enthusiasm alongside a track record of experience in planning, implementation and management of developing business areas
