Responsibility
- monitor, offer support to others, and promote good learner behavior across the campuses, helping to create positive campus environments
- maintains good public relations with all visitors and potential users
- is responsible for all cash, stock, and equipment under his control

- support students with e-learning and IT skills
- participate in the compilation of the HESA data
- assist in the effective control and operation of reception. Specific areas include the control of admissions, monitoring attendance, and responding to customer queries
- ensure compliance with OFS regulations
- to maintain the annual management calendar and keep relevant staff up to date regarding critical deadlines
- to draft correspondence to be sent to students by email and SMS
- to proofread documents when required
- liaise with stakeholders, including SLC, NSS , and DLHE: Destination of Leavers from Higher Education)
- raise attendance issues with the Student Engagement Team Leader and take appropriate action in accordance with the college’s attendance and retention policy
- to take part in Student admission works
- to assist the Directors with the Higher Education Funding Council for England’s Annual Return, HEAPES survey and course designation applications
