- progress internal or external customer enquiries appropriately
- keep the customer informed at all stages of the investigation into their problem or query
- record all activity to comply with regulation set by OFWAT
- we are on the hunt for a part time member to join our Customer Hub team on a 12 months fixed term contract covering various shifts including evenings, weekends & standby totalling 26.5 hours per week
- process the delivery of Bristol Customer Promise and GSS Payments to the customer accurately and on time
- this role will sit in the Operational customer service team, you will be working with customers who have both enquiries and complaints and requires strong attention to detail and a resolution based approach to problem solving
- remain aware of operational processes and Quality Issues
- to maintain and update the Special Needs and Vulnerable Customers register
