Who are we?Drive Motor Retail represent Vauxhall, MG, Citroen and Hyundai. We offer a wide range of new cars and vans whilst providing a variety of used and manufacturer approved vehicles to suit any need or price range.With a turnover of approximately £400 million per annum and over 700 members of staff employed in 22 dealerships across 15 locations and one dedicated service centre across the country, giving the business both a national presence and a local community spirit.We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Sales Advisors at our Bristol North branch.Our outstanding working environment, exciting career and development opportunities, are ideal for individuals who are driven to deliver complete customer satisfaction.About the role:We are looking for applicants who are well presented with excellent customer service skills and a professional manner. This is a permanent, full-time position. Experience in the automotive sector is not essential, as all training is provided to support your success in the role.Responsibilities day to day:- Welcoming guests into the showroom, and engaging with them to discuss requirements- Sell vehicles profitably and be able to achieve targets agreed with the Sales Manager- Co-ordinate and work alongside the Sales Manager- Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by personal manner, appearance, integrity, and loyalty- Prepare order forms and other relevant paperworkAbout you:Essential:- Full UK Manual Drivers Licence- Customer centric attitude- Excellent customer service skills & proven ability to build a strong rapport with customers- Flexible and ability to work evenings and weekends (on a rota basis)Desirable:- 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing service role
