Responsibility
- responsibility for updating the company’s CRM software relating to consumer sales
- primary responsibility for handing all initial consumer enquiries and ensuring consumer enquiries are followed-up and logged in a timely manner
- primary responsibility for the consumer admin procedures to ensure that customers’ orders are fulfilled on-time and on‑quality
- assist the Communications and Business Development in carrying out customer research
- responsibility for being up-to-date with competitors activity and industry knowledge
- support the company’s involvement in trade shows
- responsibility for data capture and following-up customer enquiries in a timely manner
- work closely with the Communications and Business Development in developing customer sales processes
Requirements
- EASA ATPL theory graduate
- excellent telephone manner
- exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- highly developed interpersonal and team working skills
- highly motivated with excellent organisation and administrative skills, the ability to manage several competing priorities
- sound knowledge of aviation, flight training, and pilot licencing concepts, principles, rules and regulations
- front-line telesales experience
- quality focused so that work is always delivered to a high standard
