  • excellent computer keyboard skills and fast typing speeds essential - Preferably touch typing. There will be a typing test on interview and application

Responsibility

  • the role will require you to assist and take responsibility of the Customer Service department. Dealing in all customer queries, whilst maintaining a consistently high standard, you will carry out the following duties
  • responding to customer service e-mails, phone calls and live chat
  • organising and processing customer returns, replacements and refunds
  • liaising with other departments
