Responsibility
the role will require you to assist and take responsibility of the Customer Service department. Dealing in all customer queries, whilst maintaining a consistently high standard, you will carry out the following duties
responding to customer service e-mails, phone calls and live chat
organising and processing customer returns, replacements and refunds
liaising with other departments
