Responsibility

  • review monthly management accounts and prepare quarterly reporting
  • assist the Finance Director with the preparation of the annual Business Plan and budget
  • support the preparation of the year-end statutory accounts and liaise with the auditors
  • cost centre and budget management
  • monitor cash flow, including forecasting, and ensure adequate liquidity to meet the company's financial obligations
  • assist in the preparation of grant applications and reporting
  • manage the purchase and debtor ledgers, including our loan book
  • review and maintain internal controls and finance policies
