diary management and PA for the firm’s directors
dealing with income and outgoing post, ensuring post is filed and processed appropriated
answering phones
front of house duties such as greeting clients on arrival
assistance with the onboarding of prospective clients, such as sending proposals, organising meetings, follow-ups and our due diligence processes
company secretarial services such as confirmation statements, dormant accounts and filing client updates at Companies House
arranging of the return of client records
assisting with outwards communications such as marketing, mail merges for client’s compliance and payment reminders for taxes, sending documents for signature
Requirements
experience of working in an accountancy firm preferred or experience of working within a financial or professional services environment
able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism for both verbal and written communications
take initiative, be pro-active and helpful
strong attention to detail skills and excellent organisational skills
the ability to self-manage and take ownership of tasks
ability maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
