- full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification - essential
- over 3 year's experience working in Early Years either as a deputy, third in charge or room leader - essential
- sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating - essential
- knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Essential
Responsibility

- full time 40 hours per week
- brimpton House Nursery are seeking to appoint a qualified level 3 or above Deputy Manager to join their team
- you will work closely with the Manager to ensure a smooth day to day running of the nursery
- this is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, enthusiastic person, who can work closely within a growing team
- you should possess great communication skills and have a calm, approachable nature
- you should have strong leadership skills and have worked in either a Deputy Manager, third in charge or Room Leader role before and have a strong background in childcare
- the deputy Manager will help with improving practice with all staff, manage the eylog system, oversee observations of children and cover lunches and holiday
