the working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, with weekend shifts being required on a rota
brilliantIN Recruitment are working with a highly innovative and globally recognised organisation who are looking to attract an experienced and highly organised Parts Advisor to join their Parts Team on a permanent basis for 45 hours per week
this role will also need to ensure that all parts orders are efficiently and accurately processed, that all stock and purchase records are correctly maintained and fully auditable
ensure all orders are as per requirements, returns process is documented and that stock records are up to date, correct and reconcilable
ensure that all customer complaints are dealt with professionally and are escalated as appropriate to ensure a speedy resolution
dispatch all parts to the appropriate customer/department in a timely manner and to avoid any unnecessary delays
assist as required with regular stock checks and annual stock audits
raise accurate invoices in line with customer orders, chase/track any overdue payments and escalate internally as required
