Responsibility
- the working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, with weekend shifts being required on a rota
- brilliantIN Recruitment are working with a highly innovative and globally recognised organisation who are looking to attract an experienced and highly organised Parts Advisor to join their Parts Team on a permanent basis for 45 hours per week
- this role will also need to ensure that all parts orders are efficiently and accurately processed, that all stock and purchase records are correctly maintained and fully auditable
- ensure all orders are as per requirements, returns process is documented and that stock records are up to date, correct and reconcilable
- ensure that all customer complaints are dealt with professionally and are escalated as appropriate to ensure a speedy resolution
- dispatch all parts to the appropriate customer/department in a timely manner and to avoid any unnecessary delays
- assist as required with regular stock checks and annual stock audits
- raise accurate invoices in line with customer orders, chase/track any overdue payments and escalate internally as required
