- sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, company database, job boards, recommendations
- build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications & experience
- coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- manage candidate data and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- manage social media accounts to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates
- formatting CVs
Requirements
- must be confident and hardworking
- organisational skills, with the ability to organise and prioritise workload
- the ability to multi-tasking
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- previous experience as a ‘Resourcer’ would be desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- live within a short distance from Croydon
- resourcing: 1 year
