Requirements

  • the ideal candidate must have a Level 3 full and relevant Childcare qualification & a strong working ethos to provide a high level of care as well as a desire to support the holistic needs of all children from birth to 4 year olds
  • we are looking for a dedicated, hard working Deputy who will lead & support the team in running our nursery & on a day to day basis. You must be focused on self reflection & be critical in order to achieve Outstanding Outcomes for Children
  • you must also have excellent knowledge of the EYFS & the Welfare Requirements, be driven to lead a team, confident to problem solves & take accountability for the setting in the managers absence. Opening hours 7.30am-6pm
