Responsibility
responding to incoming calls and emails , and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner
providing clear and accurate information regarding our services and policies
handling complaints effectively and working towards a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved
maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with contractors
staying up-to-date with changes to legislation and regulations relevant to umbrella contracting, and communicating any changes to contractors as needed
continuously improving the customer service experience by identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to management
Requirements
proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
empathetic and patient, with a positive attitude towards problem-solving
ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
experience with CRM software and basic computer skills are essential
