Responsibility
- responding to incoming calls and emails , and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner
- providing clear and accurate information regarding our services and policies
- handling complaints effectively and working towards a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved
- maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with contractors
- staying up-to-date with changes to legislation and regulations relevant to umbrella contracting, and communicating any changes to contractors as needed
- continuously improving the customer service experience by identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to management
Requirements
- proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- empathetic and patient, with a positive attitude towards problem-solving
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- experience with CRM software and basic computer skills are essential
- willingness to learn with full training provided
