Requirements

  • level 3 or above qualification in Early Years recognised by Gov/OFSTED guidelines
  • vast experience working in an Early Years setting, preferably with experience of leading a team and managing a room
  • ability to work as part of a team, setting an example and display strong leadership skills
  • nursery: 1 year
