Responsibility
- bright Explorers Day Nursery Ltd is seeking a full-time, experienced nursery manager to join our team in the London area
- manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery
- this position is responsible for the management of the nursery and the daily operations of the nursery
- ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in the nursery
- the ideal candidate will have a strong background in growing and caring for children
- recruit, train, and manage a team of nursery staff
- develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
- maintain accurate records and reports
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- minimum Level 3 childcare qualification
- previous experience in nursery management preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong leadership and management skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail
