Responsibility
assist with the set-up of campaigns to ensure smooth go-live with no errors
regularly optimize paid media campaigns for key KPIs as defined in the strategy deck
analyse account data to derive quick optimizations and deep insights into each campaign/client account
share insights clearly, concisely, and in an actionable way with clients and account teams to improve campaigns and recommendations
complete regular reporting on campaign performance, feed these results into client review meetings and future creative/strategy development
support senior team members in delivering selected sections of paid campaign strategy, including audience creation, projections, campaign structures, and briefing creatives and client services with suggestions and guidance for creative development
research industry/client/social channels to improve recommendations and develop team/client thinking
interact and present to clients on an ad-hoc basis with confidence and expertise to deliver clear recommendations
Requirements
relevant BSc/BA degree preferred
some experience or exposure to social media campaigns
basic knowledge of digital marketing
confident knowledge of social media platforms and channels
A highly motivated and resourceful self-starter
demonstrates a willingness to learn, research, and use initiative
well organized with excellent attention to detail
A good communicator, comfortable engaging with clients
