Responsibility

  • to manage the day to day activities of the setting
  • to ensure that the setting is a safe environment for children, staff and others
  • to developing partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s development
  • the primary responsibility of the Nursery Manager is to oversee the daily operations of the nursery and to deliver and ensure a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 18 months - 11 years
  • the primary responsibility of the Nursery Deputy Manager is to oversee the daily operations of the nursery and to deliver and ensure a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0 - 5 years
  • to manage other staff within the setting and to work with the Management team which consists of the Managing Director, Deputy Manager and Office Manager
