Responsibility

  • you'll definitely have an advantage if you have working knowledge and experience within administration or customer service
  • actioning inbound and outbound calls to our internal and external stakeholders – sales consultants, customers, motor dealers and suppliers
  • the Bridle Group are one of the UK’s leading Vehicle Leasing Car Specialists and we are expanding very quickly and looking for the right people to come and join our Customer Experience Team
  • as a Customer Experience Advisor you will provide excellent customer service and handle a wide range of administrative and customer service related tasks
  • you will be a pro-active, reliable, individual with a can-do collaborative mentality, and wanting to do a good job is probably more important than your experience
  • ensuring e-mails and queries are responded to effectively
  • identifying opportunities to upsell Maintenance Contracts and GAP Insurance
  • offer support to all general office staff with regards to customer information throughout the day and assist in delivering maximum customer satisfaction
