  • we are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team
  • previous experience in administration is essential
  • the ability to work in a team-based environment is essential
  • to be able to work to deadlines and deal with conflicting priorities in a flexible and effective manner
  • is part of Bridgend Motor Group which is Ayrshires largest independent used car dealership. We have branches in Kilwinning, Irvine, Ayr and Kilmarnock
  • as office administrator you will be working in the office area to provide administrative support within this fast paced and extremely busy accident repair centre
  • duties will include handling telephone calls, dealing with customers, suppliers and 3rd party queries efficiently, creating reports and other ad hoc duties
