assist the sales department in answering customer telephone and email sales enquires
assist the planning department with communicating with our transport team
assist the compliance department to satisfy statutory requirements in addition to best practice & continual improvement for the business
interpret information to prioritise tasks in line with business needs
operate a high level of attention to detail and utilise organisational skills
liaise with customers and suppliers to achieve optimal results
maintain the highest level of company customer service standards
assist the planning department to plan cost effective optimised routes against a constantly changing landscape with the possibility of various adhoc amendments
