Responsibility

  • arranging compliance certificates such as gas safety, EPC & EICR
  • discussing maintenance issues from tenants and liaising with contractors and landlords for a resolution
  • monitoring tenant rental accounts and liaising with tenants to inform them of their outstanding accounts
  • processing referencing checks
  • issuing Tenancy Documentation
  • administrative tasks such as letter writing, printing and filing
  • answering the phone and emails
  • general upkeep of the office environment

Requirements

  • customer service: 4 years
  • account management: 2 years
