Responsibility

  • carrying out research and requests from the Managing Director
  • paying of all invoices and requests for payment received
  • be the main key holder for the building and for the alarm company and emergency services
  • ensure that the spares of props and consumables are well stocked and order when needed
  • completing the Quarterly VAT report and submitting to accountants for processing
  • completing monthly payroll and submitting to accountants for processing
  • ensure all repairs to rooms and puzzles are reported and made in a timely fashion
  • be the Health and Safety Officer
