as the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our agency
identify target segments, evaluate market trends, and explore untapped opportunities
identify key decision-makers within target organizations and establish strong relationships
understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives, and position our agency's services as the ideal solution
nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
your primary focus will be on securing new clients and expanding our client base within the local council, government, and retainer-based sectors
develop persuasive sales pitches, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate favorable terms and agreements
leveraging your existing network, sales expertise, and industry knowledge, you will proactively identify business opportunities and strategically position our agency as the preferred choice for creative content services
Requirements
bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the creative or media industry
strong network and existing relationships within local council, government, and retainer-based sectors
excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
