  • as the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our agency
  • identify target segments, evaluate market trends, and explore untapped opportunities
  • identify key decision-makers within target organizations and establish strong relationships
  • understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives, and position our agency's services as the ideal solution
  • nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • your primary focus will be on securing new clients and expanding our client base within the local council, government, and retainer-based sectors
  • develop persuasive sales pitches, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate favorable terms and agreements
  • leveraging your existing network, sales expertise, and industry knowledge, you will proactively identify business opportunities and strategically position our agency as the preferred choice for creative content services

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the creative or media industry
  • strong network and existing relationships within local council, government, and retainer-based sectors
  • excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
