Responsibility

  • ● Deliver monthly management information and commentary to the senior leadership team including profit and loss variance analysis
  • ● Produce the firm’s business plan and annual budget
  • ● Lead and manage a small finance team and provide appropriate training and development opportunities
  • ● Effectively engage management and colleagues, at all levels, to ensure good communication channels in relation to London and Manchester offices
  • ● Ensure all relevant statutory filings, financial reporting, and payments are completed on a timely basis
  • ● Manage cash flow and banking arrangements for all operations
  • ● Develop, implement and monitor key financial performance indicators, and provide valuable financial insight and support across all aspects of the business
  • ● Prepare all information for the annual income tax calculations
