Responsibility
- providing day to day advice to all levels of the business regarding workplace issues and development
- updating and maintaining HR records across systems
- providing advice and assistance on policies, procedures,and legislation
- supporting the recruitment team with best practice on candidate selection
- leading new projects and implementing new initiatives
- playing a major role in work reviews and HR change processes
- project management when required, to support launch of new policies and processes
Requirements
- experience in people management
- communication and influencing skills that generate commitment and loyalty from peers and team
- passionate about people –from customers to stakeholders
- the ability to prioritise workloads
