build compelling insight-driven brand plans to drive long term growth
living and breathing the brand vision with real strategic and commercial ownership of the brand
working with TM attorneys to ensure Brain Blasterz trademark portfolio is up to date and offers full coverage
brand strategy & management: Develop and execute the brand strategy, marketing, and activation plan, including packaging, product, pricing, and promotional activity, working with sales, marketing and operational teams
Requirements
exceptional project management skills and ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
development and execution of a brand strategy
A great creative eye with the ability to think laterally and creatively – always looking for new ideas and approaches
commercial savvy and strong analytical thinking skills with a good grasp of P&Ls and insight data
strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, able to engage colleagues at all levels of seniority
have a great feel for design & copy – know what great looks like
