Responsibility
- read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
- operate UPVC fabrication machinery, such as cutting, welding, and milling equipment
- cut and assemble UPVC components to construct windows, doors, and other products
- ensure the accuracy and quality of fabricated UPVC products, including measurements and assembly
- inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- perform routine maintenance and cleaning of UPVC fabrication machinery and equipment
- follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and targets
Requirements
- proven experience as a UPVC fabricator or similar role
- proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- strong understanding of UPVC fabrication techniques and processes
- ability to operate UPVC fabrication machinery and tools effectively
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and assembly
- knowledge of health and safety procedures related to UPVC fabrication
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
