Responsibility

  • answer the telephone and book prospective tenants in for property viewings using calendars to find suitable times
  • scan documents in and electronically file/use online software to store appropriately
  • answer online enquires booking in viewings when appropriate
  • file paper documents in filing cabinet and organise folders, removing documents to shred when no longer required
  • create tenant arrears letters and keep track of arrears
  • maintain accurate electronic filing of invoices and receipts for services/goods
  • store and retrieve information in online software specific to property
  • process invoices from tradespeople
