Working hours

Responsibility

  • staff Pensions, new starter members of staff welcome packs, holidays and PAYE
  • assisting leadership team with personal matters, including HMRC Self-Assessment, Pensions and Dividends
  • opening and distributing incoming post, ordering courier deliveries
  • liaising on studio matters with IT support, printing, office and kitchen supplies, cleaners and utility companies
  • renewal of business insurance policies
  • dealing with new starter members of staff with regards to Contracts, Welcome Pack and Starter Checklist
  • controlling the business cash flow moving funds between accounts, direct debits and standing orders

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in Credit Control / bookkeeping role is required
  • excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • ability to work successfully in a team
  • competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 pro-rated per annum depending upon experience
