Responsibility

  • plan daily delivery routes for all trucks in order to also collect Raw Material return loads
  • liaise with internal departments for shunting requirements
  • monitor and book in all 6 weekly inspections, MOT’s and services
  • liaise daily with drivers to record defects and distribute work
  • communicate with suppliers to book in collections
  • provide on call support on a rota basis
  • monitor the tracking and telematics to inform customer service of delays or waiting times
