  • to direct the team efficiently, be motivating, and informative during team meetings, and briefings regarding product launches and procedures
  • the individual must have full flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required to do so
  • we are looking for a passionate and innovative manager to apply for this position in our Megastore in Castlecourt Shopping Centre, Belfast
  • passion for the brand, products, and customers
  • you must be able to take responsibility for managing the BPerfect Megastore efficiently along with promotion of the brand work towards constantly striving to grow and improve the store
