experienced in ventilation or estimation would be a benefit but not essential as all training is provided
basic understanding on types of house construction and their components
understanding of CAD software would be an advantage

Responsibility
assist colleagues to review customers tender documents drawings and specifications
prepare accurate costing sheets for materials
helping our clients choose the correct products
updating customers by email and answering queries
liaising with other departments to ensure a high standard of service to our customers is maintained
accurately using the companies CRM system
undertake the role of junior Estimator on projects working alongside your mentors to complete the estimating function on assigned tenders and proposals
working as part of a team
technical manager
Responsibility
serve as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries from clients ensuring effective communication between customers and the company
liaising with the sales team and suppliers to ensure a high standard of service to our customers is maintained
updating customers by email and phone and answering queries
occasional visits to site when required
investigate on-site complaints, concerns, and warranty claims, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions that align with company standards and client expectations
process warranty claims to the manufacture
updating CRM system when required
helping in other departments to the best of your knowledge if required
Requirements
experience in a technical support or help desk role preferred but not essential
knowledge of electrical control systems preferred
understanding of ventilation system principles
highly organised, energetic, enthusiastic person
