Responsibility
- day-to-day management of the project CAD requirements, including the production of working layouts, sections, elevations, and details
- setting up of design office standards and user technologies, interfacing with CAD libraries and menu groups
- enabling construction solutions through product selection
- enabling auto scheduling functions for manufacturing and order processing
- supply technical support for all CAD software
- develop and manage the growth of the BIM and REVIT/AutoCAD integration
Requirements
- excellent knowledge and skills using AutoCAD
- the ability to provide 2D drawings and designs, for partitioning & ceiling projects
- strong technical ability, and knowledge of dry lining, partitioning, and suspended ceiling systems
- confidence in leading the project design
- skilled in the preparation of reports, designs, contracts, and specification documents
- the ability to review technical designs, to ensure projects are kept on programme
- an organised and tidy approach to work, and able to adapt to the construction programme
- autoCAD: 3 years
