Responsibility
creating your own call lists, based on our target sectors
contacting potential customers and building high-impact relationships that contribute to the sales process
sending quotes to potential customers following sales meetings and continued contact through to closure of sale
being the main point of contact for any new customers you bring onboard, maintaining the relationship, and assisting with general queries
creating value for our customers through expert knowledge of services and products offered
Requirements
relaxed, confident telephone manner
strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
good team player
ability to work towards targets and manage your own time
previous experience within telesales and objection handling in B2B is a must
experience within the fire and security industry would be advantageous, but is not essential as full training can be provided
