Responsibility
- collaborate with internal teams including design, engineering, procurement, and construction to develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
- liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather project requirements, address concerns, and provide regular progress updates
- prepare and review detailed project documentation, including feasibility studies, technical specifications, scope of work, and progress reports
- implement rigorous project quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices
- monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost control strategies to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints
- effectively manage project risks by identifying potential issues, developing mitigation plans, and promptly resolving any unforeseen challenges
- lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, ranging in value from 1 million to 50 million, ensuring successful project initiation, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
- coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure necessary resources, materials, and services
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent
- solid understanding of electrical systems, building services design, and relevant industry regulations
- demonstrated experience in project management, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide project teams toward successful project outcomes
- proficiency in project management software and tools
- professional certifications are a plus
- proven experience in managing electrical building services projects, preferably within sectors such as commercial offices, data centers, education, government buildings, and pharmaceutical laboratories
