  • perform schedule control duties on a project, including tracking progress to completion, managing the job schedule and preparing time sheets
  • prepare change orders for contractors
  • perform cost control duties on a project, including evaluating contractor change orders, reviewing invoices, monitoring contractual obligations and preparing variance analysis reports
