Responsibility

  • BCHA is looking for an HR Business Partner to join a strong people team about to develop a new People Strategy
  • we are looking for an experienced, professional HR Business Partner
  • you will be an expert at managing multiple strands of work by supporting a qualified team
  • you will be joining at the same time as a new Head of People following a commitment by the Board and Executive Team to further improve our offer to staff

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 5
  • demonstrable and significant employee relations case management
  • acute understanding of safeguarding and safer recruitment practices
  • people Management and Management of Teams
  • experience of dealing with change management, consultation activities and TUPE
  • demonstrable skills of aligning HR resource to meet business need
  • development of Strategies and Creation of Implementation Plans
