Responsibility

  • lunchtime Leader
  • to supervise pupils in the dining halls, playgrounds and school premises
  • delivery multi sports sessions
  • help children at meal times, encouraging children to use good table manners
  • reward children for positive behaviours and enforce whole school behaviour policy
  • location: West Midlands - Birmingham
  • tend to sick and injured pupils and report all serious accidents to the Senior Lunchtime Supervisor/ Office Manager
  • as a Lunch time leader you’ll be directly and positively impacting the lives of young people. Our Lunch time leaders are responsible for delivering a range of sports activities and supporting student during lunch

Requirements

  • experience working in a school environment
  • minimum of 1 years' experience coaching sports
  • multi Sports qualifications
  • A passion for working with young people
  • positive attitude and high energy when approaching your work
  • ability to manage change and to adapt to unexpected demands and resilience to working in challenging environments
  • experience of working in the school environment
  • sports coaching: 1 year
