Responsibility

  • source new and constantly re-evaluate and review our existing merchandise to ensure products remain as competitive as possible
  • keep up to date and aware of market trends, react to changes in demand
  • fully understand customer needs and demands
  • reporting to the Lead Buyer you will be a part of our commercial team, you will have full ownership of some of the fastest growing FMCG categories we have here at Bother
  • working closely with our supplier partners to develop market leading brand activations and promotional plans that enable us to have best in class supplier terms/ JBP agreements
  • collaborate with our supplier partners to develop market leading brand activations and promotional plans that feed into best in class supplier terms / JBP agreements
  • partner with other teams at Bother to maximise opportunities to develop our range in response to our customers needs and wants, providing a commercially viable range of merchandise at a highly competitive price point
  • work collaboratively across multiple business functions such as Supply Chain, Marketing and Operations to maximise profits and provide a commercially viable range of merchandise at competitive prices
